GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Seoulair Ind. SAH-750 "Hydrant Servicer" is designed to suit customer’s specific requirements incorporating all international and USA standard guidelines.

PERFORMANCE

The vehicle is capable of 750 US GPM through two 2.5" deck hoses.

CHASSIS

Isuzu / Hyundai / Hino Tilt Master Chassis, with diesel engine, automatic transmission, power steering.

SAFETY FEATURES

Static reel with 50' cable, brake interlock system, emergency shut-off system, two fire extinguishers and an emergency override on lift flat form

PIPE-WORK

All pipe-work is designed for a working pressure of 150 psi which  is hydrostatically tested to225 psi.

All pipe work carrying product is stainless steel 304 or 310.

REFUELING SYSTEM

Flow rate 750 GPM flow rate

Hydrant coupler: Coupler to mate to 4" API Hydrant valve with swivel

Hose Reel : Non-ferrous internals, explosion proof electric rewind, auxiliary manual rewind. A fully rated butterfly valve is installed immediately downstream of the reel

Hydrant hose: One 3" aviation fueling hose with N/R couplings, certified to API 1529 specification

Filter / Separator: Horizontal design 750 GPM rated and equipped with a direct reading differential pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, air eliminator and a manual water drain. Meet API 1581, Group 2, Class C.

Water detection: Air or electrically controlled system ensures that flow of product will shut-down if water level in filter/separator sump reaches an unacceptable level.

Deadman and pressure control: Air or Electric

Meter: 750 GPM rated with large numeral reset counter and totalizer, registers in whole U.S. gallons.

Elevating Platform: A hydraulically operated scissor high lift platform is mounted, includes nozzle pressure gauge, emergency fuel shut-down, hydraulic override and deadman control. The platform is with an interlock to prevent vehicle movement in the raised position. Designed to fuel all wide body aircraft, including the new Boeing 777 and Airbus A380.
