High capacity Injection Molding M/C for rubbers. The Machinery is for the products of dust-proof rubber in vehicle area. By adopting electronic control system, Pressure and speed will be automatically controlled by input data.

These units are designed to pour in and out quantity in injection ±1%. Since injected position is divided to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, the raw material will be put into the mold smoothly.

The interior is maintained in vacuum before closing upper and lower mold in a condition that the mold is perfectly by kept in a vacuum chamber. Temperature is stable caused by casting heating plate over FCD-55 without transformation. It can be checked for each heater's line connection status, and heater's errors by the installed heater's single gadget inside it. Rubber loss can be minimized by installing COLD RUNNER BLOCK (C.R.B) system. Using one-touch mold attachment, changing mold is convenient by installing ball trans unit on bottom heating plate.

Machinery is made by economical energy type, and is simple to be operated. Two molds can be worked on in this machine due to the big capacity of the twin-head.
