Introduction

Innolite Reflective heat transfer film, 701HS silver is composed of a glass bead x-layer and an upper protect PET carrier. 

The hot-melt glue side has a PVC liner which should be removed before application.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FINISHED PRODUCT

* Application method

1. Temperature: 150 ~ 160°C

2. Time: 8 ~ 15 seconds

3. Pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.4Kg/cm2

4. PET carrier: Peel after cooling completely

Bleaching: Not recommended

Drying: Tumble dry low

Dry cleaning: Normal cycle

Ironing: Do not sue steam, use a cool or warm temperature setting, to avoid direct contact of the tape while ironing, use a press cloth

Industrial Wash

Use low-to medium-alkaline, high-surfactant detergents.

DO NOT use detergents that contain free sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide.

DO NOT use solvenated surfactants.

DO NOT use chlorine or perborate bleach.

Maximum wash temperature: 75°C

Tunnel dry: Tunnel input temperature must not exceed 100°C

Tumble dry: Maximum exhaust stack temperature 90°C
