PHIL-SPLINT™ is a product used for emergency treatments of fractured patients, light fractures, and dislocations (sprains) and so on. It is used to safely support or fix the affected area.

PHIL-SPLINT™ is made by spraying water hardening synthetic resin to the glass fiber or non woven fabric to form eight layers of glass fiber or one layer of non woven fabric for an orthopedic splint
PHIL ROLL SPLINT™ has the following features.
① 8 layers of PU resin coated to the glass fiber fabric. It is lighter and more firm.
② Can manufacturer one layer of PU resin coated to the non woven fabric core product.
③ Can be used for small or large fractures.
④ Immediately applied to the affected area. Flexible bandage fixing for convenience of the paitent.
⑤ Easy removal and attachment.
PHIL-SPLINT™ has an exterior surface that can absorb the water very well. It is made of water- absorbent non-woven fabric (printed surface) Using a general spray or cup, the water can be easily absorbed in to the product. On the contrary, the skin surface contact area (white) uses a water proofing non woven fabric so that no water is absorbed into the affected area. It can provide refreshing and hygienic environments for the patients.

A total of 13sizes, including Roll-Type 5 sizes and one Step type 8 size
1) If there is a hole in the aluminum packing, then the moisture in the air can cause it to harden slowly. Do not allow a sharp object to cut the packing or punch a fine hole in the packing pouch.
2) The normal storage temperature is 15℃ ~ 30℃. If exposed to the direct sunlight too long, the storage reliability can be deteriorated.
3) If used after long hours of storage in the low temperature, then please wait for one hour in the room temperature before use
