 This type is suitable for the corrosive and severe environment,

and is used for production of  piston rods and the automated industrial machinery parts.

· Base Metal : SUJ2        · Surface Roughness : ≤1.5mm Rmax

· Hardness : HRC 60-64

· Chrome layer : 0.015mm-0.03mm(other coating thicknesses are available subject to negotiation)

· Diameter Tolerance : g6(g5)       · Hardening Layer : 0.8mm-3mm

This type has a high-frequency; heat-treated and plated with hard chrome for

production of ball-bush axles is also suitable for the corrosive,

and severe environment.

■ Heat-treated Ground Chrome-plated Bars

   S45C and SUJ2

· Base Metal : S45C, SUJ2 · Surface Roughness : ≤1.6S

· Diameter Tolerance : f6(f8)         · Straightness : ≤0.05mm/1m

· Chrome layer : 0.015mm-0.025mm

This type has a high-frequency; heat-treated for production of shafts and plated

with hard chrome for corrosive resistance.
