The Seoulair Ind. SARH-5000 " RESPENSER " is designed multi function (refueler and hydrant)to suit customer’s specific requirements incorporating all international and USA standard guidelines.

Cab-over type chassis, diesel engine, power steering, manual transmission

SAFETY FEATURES

Static reels, brake interlock system, emergency shut-off system, two fire extinguishers and an emergency override on lift flat form

TANK

5,000 U.S. gallons (3% outage) stainless steel or aluminum tank fully baffled, single compartment, overturn protection, manhole with vent.

REFUELING SYSTEM

Pump Centrifugal type, 600 GPM flow rate

Filter / Monitor Horizontal type 600 GPM rated with differential pressure gauge and air eliminate. Meet to API 1581 Group 2, Class C,

Deadman and pressure control Electric / Air operated inline deadman/pressure control and shut-off valve. Provides primary pressure control. Secondary pressure control regulated by air operated by-pass valve.

Meter One meter 600 GPM rated with large numeral reset counter and totalizers in whole U.S. gallons.

Hydrant coupler: Coupler to mate to 4" API Hydrant valve with swivel

Venturi Sized to compensate for pressure loss

Hose reel:  One reel , non-ferrous internals, explosion proof electric rewind motor and switch, auxiliary manual rewind. A shut off valve is installed immediately upstream of reel.

Hose aviation fueling hose with N/R male couplings, certified to API 1529.

Bottom loading Includes a jet level sensor control system for automatic, high-level shut-off with pre-check. The bottom loading adapter, capable of accepting a standard under wing nozzle, is installed on the passenger side. A shut-off valve shall be supplied immediately downstream of bottom loading adapter.

Lift deck Hydraulic mast assembly mounted with platform mounted controls, includes nozzle pressure gauge, emergency fuel system shut-off, hydraulic override and deadman control. Platform is equipped with an interlock to prevent vehicle movement with the platform in the raised position. Designed to fuel all wide body aircraft, including the new Boeing 777 and A380.
