Generally, the master alarm is installed in central control room and this system monitors an operating situation of all systems in a central control room that can take prompt step by sending an alarm sound against malfunction of gas supply system, compressed air and vacuum pump, gaseous exhaustion, malfunction of machines by over electric current and so on.
