Introduction
Existing panel boards use an exposed bus bar that cause electric accidents, short circuits, earth faults, electric shocks and lack flexibility and expendability of branch circuit breakers because several wires are inserted into one circuit breaker. However, our product has reduced the construction cost and electric accidents as it uses a block type module for enhanced electric safety, expendability, and flexibility and does not require the attachment of an unnecessary circuit breaker, making it highly economical. To reduce the necessary labor cost, we have enhanced its convenience, productivity, and cost efficiency as well as consolidated electric safety features for speedy maintenance and repair. In addition, the standardized dimensions make it compatible with all products.
Features
The speed bar, in block modules, is structured one-on-one with the branch circuit breaker to prevent erroneous connection between speed bars. Structured to realize a panel board with only one speed bar, it can reduce the speed of the circuit breaker load according to need and if space is consolidated on the lower part of the distribution box (external box), additional installation of diverse branch circuit breakers is possible. The exterior of the speed bar, a power distributor, is molded, making it impossible for foreign substances to penetrate. It has air vents to enable ventilation on the upper and lower parts especially in case of unnecessary heat generation.
