This product is an important factor of the test equipment to Resistance, Force, Distance from Test Socket (Type Pogo, Rubber Type) or the characteristics of the Pin Pogo used in various electronic components and PCB inspection for semiconductor final test process. The test equipment is available for the following purposes.

Inspection for “Good or Bad’ decision of products through the resistance component measured in the compressed state through Pogo Pin or for the Test Socket
Inspection for load by distance and performance tests measured the resistance ccomponents being compressed state through Pogo Pin or for the Test Socket
Inspection for life cycle by load by distance and performance tests measured the resistance components by used numbers of the Pogo Pin or Test Socket.

[Product Features]

Pogo Pin or Test Socket inspection equipment are classified into the following three models depending on the application.

1. Model-CR: Inspection for “Good or Bad’ decision of product by measuring
the resistance component tests
2. Model-CFR: Measurement of load by distance compressed and resistance components measured
3. Model-LC: Repeated compression test of measuring target

The three models can be configured of the following form according to the user purpose.
