BobbinGuard is

Traditionally empty backstitching due to the limitation of lower thread was taken for granted.

When lower thread is wholly wound on bobbin, the Watchdog monitoring system does not operate because LED light can not be received to the sensor installed on the axis of BobbinGuard. However BobbinGuard begins to operate when lower thread is nearly consumed and sensor is exposed to the LED light.

Alarm(or Motor stop) is given at the moment of activation of Watchdog monitoring system and the operators can easily exchange lower thread before empty backstitching(The residual thread ≑5Cm∼100Cm, Setting by needleworker).

BobbinGuard(Empty sew defective solution device) is
