Seclean® ZF-C (coating type) and Seclean® ZF-D (precipitation type) are special cleansers that remove rust or scales formed on welded joints.

In addition, they are able to rapidly and effectively remove various pollutants (oil, dust) in a room- temperature environment without damaging the metal surface. Seclean ® ZF-series allows the user to start the coating process right after drying the washed metal surface.

It also shows strong adhesion properties.

It shows a strong rust removing property effect that allows the user to remove the rust easily without damaging the paint.

• It power washes, especially metal alloys and carbon steel at room temperature.

• Coat the liquid on sites where rust or heat scales have formed, then, wash the agent with water to completely remove the scale

• Pollutants on curved and fine spaces may easily be removed

• Since the washed surface will repel static electricity and pollution, the clean surface will be maintained for a long period of time.

• It is an industrial washing agent cleanser that may be widely applied to SUS alloys, carbon steel, and other various welded sites.

▶ Application method

• Application condition: Room temperature, coat the original solution, brush operation

• Application method: coat, precipitation

• Coating: Within 1 hour / Precipitation: within 30 minutes

• When rust and scales are dissolved, clean it with water thoroughly, and use brushes to obtain a cleaner surface.
