SAM SAM has developed cutting edge technology in driving mechanism of this equipment that is Korea patent. The key concept of this invention is using bevel gear with pinion spur gear in up & down movement of the system. This makes the size of the system compact and cost effective.
Another remarkable invention is Two Way Crossing Barrier that is used to control both vehicle road side and pedestrian road side with one driving motor.
SAM SAM also has developed its on control unit for this system and replaced the classical type relay controller and circuit controller.
This device is not only for railway crossing road but also for parking entrance, check point and any other places where in and out control is required for safety purpose.

▲Regular Type : This is electric motor driven automatic crossing gate with maximum covering length of 7.5 meters.

▲Long Range One Way Barrier Type : This is 14 meters long crossing barrier and SAM SAM is the sole manufacturer in Korea for this equipment.

▲Long Range Two Way Barrier Type : This device has two barring bar with one driving motor for blocking both vehicle side and pedestrian side. The maximum covering range is 14 meters for vehicle road side and 4.5 meters for pedestrian road side. This is SAM SAM’s Korean patent.
