This Insulation Spacer is made by F.R.P. It is fabricated by compression molding with 1,500 ton hydraulic press machine in high temperature environment and processed by diamond cutter and special tooling machine.
Three types of spacers for 37KG Rail, 50KG Rail and 60KG Rail are made.

* Insulated joint plate
: Made from F.R.P., insulation joint plates are light and durable, so they are used instead of the previous steel joint boards. joint plates are processed separately depending on the railway size and then supplied to consumers.

* Rail-type insulation
: The rail-type insulation is inserted between rails, as the type of insulation and its material is nylon

* Insulated washer plate
: A steel plate that wraps a joint board and is fixed with bolts.

* Insulation bolt, nut, washer
: Insulators are fixed to rails using highly durable
bolts and adjunctive washers and nuts.
