A significant point of the apron conveyor chain
As shown on the following picture, the gap between the hinges will be getting smaller based on the roundness precision of the hinges. To prevent scraps or conveying objects get jammed between the hinges, the gap between the hinges should be minimized.  

 A major reason of the conveyor belt breakage
The both ends of the old typed conveyor belt is easily loosened due to overloads or aging and it leads the scraps on the conveyor belt get jammed. And it finally get the both ends of the conveyor belt bended to downward as shown on the following picture and it makes gaps. It results the scraps get fall into the gaps and the scraps get jammed between conveyor belt and x-frame rail and it causes the conveyor belt get broken finally.  


 New conveyor belt products(Design Patent No.2007-0054199)
The quality of most our new conveyor belt products are being improved reasonalbe but we are still proceeding the research and analysis for the aged products to complete all the possible troubles. As a consequence of such efforts, we were finally able to develop the most efficient and competitive conveyor belt products. Namely, as shown on the following picture, to prevent the both sides of the conveyor belt get bended to downward, we developed the way to get the both ends of the conveyor belt strengthened by using the side wings of the conveyor belt.
