CS1 Conversation etiquette program is the most basic communication training program of the interactive service for customers.

The participants learn and practice both basic conversation and in-depth conversation.

This is the emotional communication training program that the participants correct and supplement themselves through the feedback process.

definition of new CS paradigm, basic conversation principles, communication skill training, case-by-case role play practice and feedback.
