* CALL-SAVER
CALL-SAVER is a digital recording system that performs real-time recording of a phone call
from a customer in order to prevent possible disputes arising due to misunderstanding of orders or consultation. It can record and manage phone calls. This system features reliable operation, flexible expansion and integration functions. It supports U.VFH recording, TRS recording, ANALOG & DIGITAL recording, being implemented as an independent recording system to cope with possible failures. CALL-SAVER’s recording board (DVU UNIT) has a memory that can temporarily store the recording data in each channel. While the recording server has errors, it can record for certain time (30 minutes per channel). This unique system delivered solely by our company can prevent losses of recording data in unfavorable conditions. The recording server and the recording card unit are independently implemented. When the system turns down due to errors in the recording server, it will automatically be switched to the spare recording server (manager’s PC), so that recording can be done safely without interruptions.
