Existing children’s play houses (tents) were often inefficient in terms of space use compared to their functions. For example, families with infants between two to five-years-old live in a relatively small space. Therefore, installing play houses as large as a refrigerator in living rooms or children’s rooms waste much space that oftentimes people could not purchase them despite their desire to do so. The “Accordion Play House” is a unique foldable house that expands and shrinks like an accordion and it was developed to resolve such problem. As such, not only parents, but also children can freely and easily install and use it whenever in need and keep it folded in a closet when not in use. We also use PET felt used for vacuum cleaner filters to minimize the generation of dust, which is a weakness of fabrics, and enhance its light penetration and air permeability for an optimal internal environment in the play house.
