Made with Acrylic Polymer and special color pigment, Baroco’s Nextone is spray-able EIFS which closely emulate the pattern of natural stone.

The patterns and colors can be customized per customer request and easy application, flexible usage, and superior durability compared to typical spray-able wall finish makes this product an excellent choice for all types of construction projects.

Usage

EIFS used in Resort, small-to-medium size condominium, public buildings, and others, Nextone offers unique color and texture which can be used create stylish design and accents in buildings design. Nextone closely emulates natural stone pattern.

Caution

-          Check weather condition prior to application.

-          Clean the application surface of dust and debris and apply clear colored primer before applying finish.

-          Application must done in environment that is 5℃ or higher and humidity is 85% or lower.

-          Do not allow product to get in contact with skin or eye during application.

-          Store product out of direct sunlight. Shaded area with temperature between 5～35℃ is recommended.

-          Do not stack more than 3 pails high and do not store for more than 6 months.

-          After use, close the lid tightly to avoid exposure to air.

Application Procedure

-          Clear any debris from application surface and use construction tape to outline application area.

-          Prepare the application surface with clear-color primer.

-          Once the primer has dried, outline the application pattern or design.

-          Use hand-mixer to get finish to right consistency for desired texture.

-          Evenly apply the mixed ingredient onto the desired structure surface using spray gun.

-          Clean the dust after polishing and apply Barotop as top coating.

-          Confirm application around Windows/doors fixture and fill any gaps or holes as necessary.
