BioFact™ Plasmid Mini Prep Kit is designed to isolate over 20㎍ high purity plasmids as a spin column type. This kit is suitable for isolation from low copy plasmid to large sized circular DNA such as fosmid and BAC clone.
BioFact™ Plasmid Mini Prep Kit is produced based on alkaline-lysis method and glass microfiber membrane. It is applicable for various molecular biological experiments such as PCR, cloning, general sequencing and in-vitro transcription.
