WELDING FUME ELIMINATOR

Works that generates fume such as Arc welding / CO₂ welding / MAG Welding / Fusing works / Special welding

FEATURE

▶ Arm

- Adopting the flexible arm that freely moves and is fixed, operators’ health is protected and the work efficiency is improved by the direct suction and elimination at fume generating source. (Φ150 X 2m/3m)

▶ Strong Suction Power

- A turbo blower dedicated to fume is installed.

- High safety due to adopting the overload preventing circuit to prevent burning of a motor

▶ Electronic Control Panel

- Excellent performances of vibration proof and water proof due to the installation of the soft touch type electronic panel.

▶ Quiet Operation

- Noise is minimized as the airflow of the blower is induced and dispersed constantly to the outlet direction of a grid.

▶ Mobility

- Simple and easy mobility as the large casters and handles for moving

▶ Option

- The installation of Dual Arms and Stand type are available depending on the work conditions.

- It is available to select the strong odor elimination function by the activated coal fiber filter.

- Fume is collected between the pleated filter media and to clean the filter, blow them or shake upside-down.
