3. Proven Efficacy


MAP ECM showed comparable efficacy for pyramidal dendrite formation of primary rat hippocampal cells as compared with mouse-derived natural laminin. This result demonstrated MAP ECM has a similar bioactivity to naturally occurring laminin.

Time-course effects of MAP ECM (collagen mimetic) and BD BioCoat Collagen I on cytochrome P450 1A1 activity showed similar patterns. The viability assay demonstrated that MAP-C has a similar bioactivity to naturally occurring collagen.
