Classify by solvent mixed with water paint and oil paint

Dissolving oil element of paint in water makes it water-based and applying thinner to the element makes it oil-based

For water paint, a surfactant needs to be used in order to mix oil element in water well and it is called emulsifier.

Emulsifier allows paint and water to mix well together and also gives properties of solvent that water cannot have (waterproof, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, color-miscible)

Emulsifier is composed of substances harmful for human body so, to improve such problem, paint companies started to use high-functional additives to emulsifier which is less harmful to human body or environment but can maintain the functions of water paint as much as possible and such products are general environment-friendly water paint nowadays

-Structure : Dispersion and mixture of water and emulsifier with oil material which is the main ingredient
-Problems : Emission of odor, VOC, and formaldehyde by petrochemical constituent

Problems of general wall paper

It is highly possible for paper glue(adhesive) to contain preservatives to prevent decomposition and this makes harmful constituents such as formaldehyde remain and harmfulness of ink on the surface of wallpaper(toluene, benzene) causes environmental diseases.

Environment Cover Certification is a process of confirming the content of heavy metal, VOCs, and VACs and the amount of harmful subsrance emitted and the conditions of paint properties(quality) and the certification results are at the top level in and outside of Korea.

Capabilities of adsorbing and decomposing harmful substance are not included in the item of certification

What is zeolite inorganic film(catalyst)-creating technology that makes nanoporous?

It is an "environment-friendly zeolite catalyst-creating technology" that disperses main ingredients such as porous kaolin series processed with natural minerals(SiO2, Al2O3, MgO8, K2O6, Na2O4, Fe2O3, etc.) and TiO2 series (photocatalyst) by harmless binder technology after a series of processes and applies gelated high molecule on the attachment side and dries(fixes) such.
