What is ONDOL?

Ondol is a traditional Korean house heating method. Ondol(溫突) means ‘Warmed Stone’.It is make a fire at the fuel hole and heated Gudeuljang(room floor), then heating is done when hot smoke contained heat which is generated at the fuel hole passes through under room floor.  Ondol had traditionally been used with a living space for sitting, eating, sleeping and pastimes, it took the system of low temperature radiant heat and it is known as the unique method, nothing’s compared to the scientific and superior heating method of Ondol in the world.  Du.Han.Jok.Yeol 두한족열<頭寒足熱> - under-floor heating in the winter season, Ondol, is made warmer the feet than the head part, in Oriental medicine, it is helpful to improve the metabolism, so Ondolmethod, which is heated on the floor, is more comfortable than convection type heating

NEXWARM heating cable is an electromagnetic wave controlled, nonmagnetic heating cable made of triple insulation structure combining Teflon and Silicon. It is also an underground heating cable combined with excellent high temperature characteristics of Silicones and mechanical strength of Teflon.  When used, its strong wet-proof and heat-proof structures will prove good quality.

Snow melting system is, when there is snow or freezing on the road in the winter, to remove snow or prevent freezing automatically.  NEXWARM Snow melting cable uses a cladding of Teflon material on the internal heating element, excellent in durability and insulation, high mechanical strength and strong impact resistance to the outside due to multiple insulators.

7. Self Regulating Heating Cabl

NEXWARM self Regulating Heating Cable is economical as it controls heat values by itself depending on the ambient temperatures.  Its excellent heat transfer causes less energy consumption than other heaters.  Wire cutting with no limitation to circuit length can be allowed to suit the site conditions.  The wire is flexible, easy to install, and cheap in maintenance cost.  Overlapped installations will create no overheat or fire.  Circuit branching and connecting method between a power cable and heating cable is convenient.

OEM Production Procedures

Business discussion and contracting: We discuss marketing strategy for Heating film, minimum order quantity, and make an OEM production contract.

Brand and pattern design: We discuss the brand and pattern design applied to the film.

Mold production: According to the agreed design, we start mold production for carbon and silver pattern.  Carbon mold will be made based on the standard film width.

Production and inspection: Inspectors perform heating test and quality inspection on the products made by production experts.

Packing: A designated brand label is attached on the package.

Shipping: Shipment is made in pallet to avoid damage on the film box.
