* Overview

This is a Net weighing type semi auto packer scale that measures grain ingredients and packs in the container or the wrapping bag. The measurement device is composed of supply gate and measurement container. Net Weighing measurement has the 3-Step Gate Control and Vibratory Feeder Control. The supply method is decided by the material characteristics. It has two operation methods ‘Automatic’ and ‘Manual’. During automatic operation, it is waiting for the next quantitative weighing continuously after completion of weighing and discharge. Filling-in process can be operated continuously.

1. It minimizes the measurement error for more precise measurement by using weighing controller with high precision load cell and high decomposition capabilities.
2. It is easy to maintain because simple Hardware & Software System measure can be used for a long time without an error
3. As it has compact size, it is easy to install. It increases production efficiency as it has reduced operational inconvenience with simple manipulation.

4. It can count number of bags (20 ~ 40 ea) and use them for filling (500 kg ~ 1 ton bulk bag).
