PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In recent times, the demand for deep-underground bedrock work with large-diameter and bearing capacity has been increasing in mountainous areas, in downtown areas and near the sea. The basic mechanical operation of the Doughnut Auger Machine involves the inner shaft rod turning clockwise, while the outer shaft casing turns anticlockwise. When the inner shaft rod and hammer part excavate inside the casing, the outer casing also rotates and blocks the surrounding frictional force, smoothening excavation and extraction.

This is a large-diameter excavation method with an excavation diameter of 600~1,500mm targeting obstacles. The excavation capacity is far better than the Reverse Circulation Drilled Method (RCD) even in stone strata and bedrock strata.
