Wontex Screen
Designed for refractory, milling, chemical and pulverizing plants where bulky and/or light density materials must be separated. WONTEX is designed to provide optimum performance on any kind of screening requirement as it is classified into dry, wet and heat resistant type to suit each individual need.
• Desgin
- Wontex is designed to be suitable for separation range between 10 to 100 mesh. The screen is designed to tilt at 4 degrees to the horizontal axis to induce vibration and rubber balls with in the screen box, will induce secondary vibration to prevent clogging and to evenly disperse the material onto the screen. The balls with vibrate well after the screen halts its' tilting motion to ensure that a complete sizing operation is conducted.

- Wontex screen is unique by having flat and elongated wooden screen x-frame. Each x-frame contains 2 to 3 rubber balls to induce secondary vibration and to push any no-conforming particles to be re-sized again. Over all effect of the rubber balls is to optimize the separation effect and of efficient clog prevention.

- Dusting becomes an environmental hazard particularly at dry and fine particle separation. However, Wontex is designed with ball x-frame, screen x-frame and space x-frame in subsequent order and with fixed top cover and screen structure, to prevent dusts to perpetuate into the atmosphere..

Micron Separator
Broad separation ranges and efficient size control. Compact, yet a highly effective design with simple separation method. Simple design and excellent wear resistance. Easy and highly compatible with other processing units. Sizing separation is relatively simple, if the particle sizes are within the standard screen sieve range.
However, for pulverized and ultra fine particle, simple screen separation poses a number of technical difficulties. Such difficulties are evident at paint production, where removal of certain sizing is a critically important aspect to maintain quality and consistency of the end product.
Also, for filter aid, excessive amount of fines could result in inefficient filtering where as with activated carbon, surface area plays critical role at its reactivity, hence the sizing of the particle becomes a very important control factor.
