Power-saving device fabrication specifications and electrical characteristics
Coverage Anyses Power-saving devices are Indoor wall-mounted type, ambient temperature of -5℃ + 30℃, and should be installed less than 1000m above sea level.

Principle
The major technology of our power saving device is mutual induction reactor technology. The primary voltage coil and a secondary current coils are working as follow. If the voltage apply to primary voltage coil, current will flow to reverse direction on the secondary coil by mutual induction.
Whereas the current in voltage coil increase going to output, and also feed back to input to decrease current. It saves electricity with this principle and saves more with few TAPs that works automatically with different voltage level. And it was designed to provide high quality electricity to load(output) during by-pass because serial connection.

Electrical System
  • By-pass function operate automatically without blackout if output voltage is lower than 208V(can be changed)
  • Mounted temperature sensor work with By-pass function and Emergency Lamp when it detect high temperature (In case of overload, please balance load. And restart Power Saving Device)
  • TAP can be changed to maximize Power Saving Rate
Check Items

  • Input Voltage 384V (Automatic TAP1) : check output voltage 359V each phase
  • Input Voltage 378V (Automatic TAP2) : check output voltage 359V each phase
  • Input Voltage 371V (Automatic TAP3) : check output voltage 359V each phase
  • Input Voltage 370V (Bypass) : check output voltage 370V each phase
  • Disconnect R,S,T (Bypass) : check bypass function when blackout only one phase
  • Registance (isolation) test should be 500V mega //5M
  • Internal Voltage Test should be tested with regular frequency and 2000V for 1 minute (except PCB and control circuit)
  • Load test have to be passed with regular voltage and current (below 80C)

INSTALLATION & OPERATION
Installation
  • Off 'NFD' on input Power
  • turn to Manual on MAN/AUTO Switch
  • Check input power is 3 phase 4line, and Connect input power connection
  • Coneect loads connection on output terminal
  • turn on inout power
  • Check input voltage from voltage meter or other equipment, TURN TO AUTO Mode if voltage is normal. And then SAVE mode will work after certain time.
  • If input voltage is lower than standard(370V), it will stay on MAN."
  • if the input voltage is less than 370V DIR Mode, higher than 370V SAVE Mode will work.
  • If there is abnormal temperature increase during AUTO Mode, ALARM LAMP will turn on and will not work SAVE Mode. After check the reason of abnormal temperature, TURN TO MANUAL MODE AND TRY AUTO MODE AGAIN.
Trouble shooting
  • In case of overheating, automatically Direct mode is working with EMERGENCY LAMP.
  • Turn to MAN on MAN/AUTO switch, and check the heating reason or problem. And Inquire Service Center.
  • It can be bypass in case of PCB contact problem. Turn to manual mode, check the voltage differences between FUSE. And turn on AUTO Mode.
  • Inquire local dealer or manufacture in case of any other problem or need services.
