Turning waste plastics into oil is the reverse way of the process in making oil in petro-chemical industry.
Waste plastic is indirectly heated in low temperature of about 350℃- 450℃in the condition of no air or scarce air and then waste plastics such as PP,PE and PS ,their molecular, a long chain, is first broken into shorter chain molecular, then broken into small molecules.
Their final product is the oil which consists of more than 80% of Diesel Fraction and etc.
The machine and process of making oil are totally based on environment-friendly concept .

Characteristics: It is not necessary to clean, separate and shred wasteplastics.
Burner Device, using Oil or Gas.
Recycled oil and gas generated through the device itself are used as fuel, which reduces the running cost, by option.

In the case of ECP-2011, it is allowed to input even mixed waste plastics like vinyl.
Output from ECP-2011 is as follows.
Output: Produced Oil(Convert into oil percentage is Approx.70~80% but it depends on the waste plastics type and operation circumstance)
The produced oil consists ofover 80% of Diesel fractionand etc.
If you compare our machine’s oil to other machine’s produced oil, you will find that our machine’s oil is much better quality than others due to over 80% of Diesel fraction.
The produced oil can be used for generators.
If our machine’s oil is used for producing an electricity, the government may give the benefit regardless of any country.
