Red King Dakgalbi Sauce
Dakgalbi sauce Serving for 2 persons
Ingredients : Chicken 1 (Dakgalbi meat 500g), cabbage, sweet potato, Dduck (Korean rice cake), onion, spring onion, sesame leaves and pickpurse as per preference.
1) Use chicken meat from legs only and season with 60g of sauce for more than 30 minutes.
2) Cut cabbage (100g), sweet potato (40g) and other vegetables in proper size.
3) Add oil on pan lightly, cook chicken meet with vegetables in high heat. When Dduck and potato is cooked, add sesame leaves, pickpurse and sauce 60g to taste.
It reproduces Chooncheon seasoned Dakgalbi taste as it is~! You can cook harmonizing the deep taste of seasoning with chicken and reproduce the taste you experienced in Chooncheon easily.
