1.Do not use the contaminated water which is not suitable for drinking.

2.Please drink it 10 minutes later after you fill it with water.

3.Please clean the water bottle by shaking it once you fill it up to one third of the bottle with water. Please do it at least three times a week.

4.Do not add hot water over 158℉ in the bottle.

5.The lifespan and performance of the filter may depend on water quality and amount of water.
