PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• The Marksman MH-80 by Millennium Signatures is another of our highly versatile Marking Heads. This model has a marking field size of 90mm (X) x 100mm (Y) or 3.54” (X) x 2.95” (Y) and is equipped with a protective steel enclosure. This Marking Head is equipped with an iron-bearing guide and a roller bearing to give smooth easy operation over a very long lifespan. The Model MH-80 like most of our Marking Heads can be integrated into a custom workstation or automated cell or can be used in a standard Bench Top configuration using our T-300, T-300H or T-500 Extended Height Base & Column set-ups.

• The MH-80 Marking Head is designed with an accordion style nylon bellow design allowing for continuous industrial use while greatly minimizing the entry of dust and debris into the marking head. It is fully compatible with both our MCU-100N and MCU-200BN Controllers and the entire range of Marking Stylus Assemblies including the LP-06, PH-16, LP-10, LP-15, HLP-10, and the LP10P.

• The MH-80 is also routinely integrated with the CDC-20 Heavy Duty Rotary Axis & Slide making it easy to benefit from all the features of this marking head while being used for traditional flat component marking as well as Full Circumferential Marking. For more information on the unique design features of the CDC-20 Circumferential Part Marking System, please refer to the section detailing the fill specification for the CDC-20 Rotary Axis.

• Dot peen marking machine is able to mark permanent date, company name, serial number, model name, logo and 2D data matrix on the customer workpiece from all metal and some plastic..

• The marked data can not be modified and be falsified.

• Marked cha. can not be forged or falsified, so they are mainly used for marking on the name plate or products with the date of manufacture, serial number, model number and so on.

• All metal and some harness plastic can be marked by dot.
