Operation Mechanism of Induction Heating

When the electric current flows to the IH Work Coil, a line of magnetic force is generated around the coil. When the induction line passes through the inner part of the pot, it generates an Eddy current by reacting to the iron material(resistance) of the inner pot The Eddy current heats the inner part of the pot only fora short period of time(electromagnetic induction heating), which, in turn, results in higher thermal efficiency. As it is not the type that heats the surface of a cooking stove, users are safe from the risk of fire or skin burns.
