We have a strict manufacturing process, professional consulting services and flexible production to meet low volume and high mix requirements. You will have OKPOS’s full support to grow your business.
Limited warranty is provided by OKPOS if your OKPOS Product was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller. Distributors may sell Products to resellers who then sell Products to end-users. For end-users, if your product was purchased from authorized distributors, please contact authorized distributors (the place of purchase) directly for warranty service.
No warranty service is provided unless the product is returned to an authorized return center in the region where can be OKPOS service center and service center of authorized distributors which may have regional specific warranty policy.
In order to prepare for future eventualities, distributors and resellers have a responsibility to keep some stocks for the repair of faulty items.
