Directions to use Contact Lens
Putting Contact Lenses On - Thoroughly wash and dry your hands before use of contact lenses.
1. Rinse your lens with solution and be sure the lens is correctly oriented by checking the inside-out marker. Then place the lens on the tip of your index finger. 2. Use your finger of other hand to hold your upper eyelid. 3. Pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger and gently attach the lens on your eye. 4. After releasing your eyelid, close your eyes and move them for a moment to center the lens.
Taking Contact Lenses Off - Thoroughly wash and dry your hands before taking your contact lenses off.
1. Look up at the ceiling and pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger to slide the lens down to the lower white part of your eye. 2. Gently squeeze the lens between your thumb and index finger and remove it.

How to Keep Lenses Clean After Use
Cleansing Method and Storage
1. Put your contact lens on your palm and drop two or three of cleansing solution. Gently rub the lens with your finger of other
    hand to clean thoroughly.
2. After rubbing, wash the lens thoroughly with the solution and put some amount of solution in the case for storage.
    Make sure to avoid mixing up your LEFT and RIGHT contact lenses.
