Misslee Topokki Sauce consists of eight products with different tastes.
One to five feature stronger spicy tastes. No. 1 product is good for children,
No. 1.5 is for foreigners, No. 2 is for Koreans, and No. 3 and 4 are for people
who enjoy “Stir-fried Noodles with Hot and Spicy Chicken”.
No. 5 is for lovers for the spiciest taste. The rest are the black bean sauce
and the curry sauce. Misslee Topokki Sauce can also apply to diverse
Korean dishes and the spicy cuisines of other countries.
How to make (50g criteria) :
1.Add 50g of sauce to 360ml of boiling water (approximately two
paper cups). Stir until the sauce is mixed with water completely.
2.Add 320g of rice cake and boil it for 10-20 minutes.
Stir it occasionally. Tteokbokki is ready to serve.
3.You may adjust the concentration of Tteokbokki by adjusting the
amount of rice cake, water, or sauce to suit your taste.
4.You may add fish cakes or vegetables to suit your taste.
