This is Mrs. Bae Jeong-sook, the CEO of BOMCHOYEO Agricultural Company Corporation. First of all, I sincerely thank you for your interest in our products. Under our business philosophy that "we would never make Salt-Fermented Anchovy Sauce if using artificial flavors, BOMCHOYEO has started producing the product. By pursuing the rightness, we have strived to become a company who can move the hearts of customers, who can be trusted with its unique taste that has not changed, who can serve customers with faithfulness.
People who eat food don't know about it exactly, however, a person who makes it know in detail. Food has shown itself capable both of killing and curing people. So, the people who make the food that we eat take a lot of responsibility. In order to practice our business philosophy, BOMCHOYEO has purchased fresh anchovies caught around the port of Hongwon in Seo- cheon in spring and early summer to make Salt-Fermented Anchovy Sauce.
Also, we have purchased sea salt and removed bitterns from it for 3 years and then mixed anchovies with sea salt. After more than 36 months of aging processes, we can obtain Salt-Fermented Anchovy Sauce. Likewise, BOMCHOYEO has produced high quality product by using natural ingredients, plus time for aging process, without using any artificial or chemical additives. Moreover, BOMCHOYEO has currently developed Fish Sauce, which has the wonderful savory taste, by utilizing meju(fermented soybean lump) which is called a typical fermented food of Korea, reflecting our ancestor's wisdom. This product is registered on the books of the patent office in Korea. Through our further R&D activities, we pledge that we will develop a variety of sauces as well as playing a leading role in promotion of health foods at home and abroad.
