MLM(Multi-level technical method : Nanocomposite) is based on nano-technology and dispersion technology. Nano-silver particles have a strong antimicrobial performance and MLM gives a stable nano-silver diffusion from its inside to surface. MLM offers easy infection control for almost materials used in medical industry and everyday life. MLM is permanently bonded to raw materials, delivering concentrated silver particles, with use levels varying dependent upon the application and process. When the microscopic Silver particles come in contact with microorganisms, they act as a catalyst disabling enzymes that bacteria and fungus need for their oxygen metabolism. By blocking oxygen, the Silver destroys the cell membrane and prevents the microorganism DNA from replicating and possible mutating into resistant strains. By using silver particle the product is non toxic and does not suppress the human immune system.
