It has been aged for 6 months to 1 year in the traditional Korean breathing jar in a traditional methods but other factories' product was matured only 1 month.

The Product was made with red pepper and glutinous rice grown in our land.
It has an unique flavor and deep taste of fermented foods obtained by natural activity, other than that of other factory product which has only 1 month mature period, and has been aged for 12 months in the traditional Korean breathing jar in a traditional methods.
It provides a sweet taste that doesn't get tired of because we boiled ground glutinous rice and gyle together with care for half a day.
Glutinous red pepper paste is good for seasoning not only stew but also vinegar-taste red pepper paste, bibimbap, tteokbokki, and wild vegetables.
