Where is the rye growing?
The whole grain rye farm in Youngcheon, Kyeongbuk in Korea.
Youngcheon has less rain, more sunlight, and better soil than other parts of the country, which are the perfect conditions for rye growing.
Rye withstands cold weather well so, it usually grows in the farm available in winter, and gets planted in mid to-end October and harvested from the end of June to the beginning of July.

Whole rye farming is done at 2 hectares of land
Most whole rye breads made in Korea use imported ryes
The imported ryes are going through the mandatory sterilization process to protect rye seeds against pests and diseases. During the process, pesticides can be used and their residue can go into the soil and contaminate the underground water as a result.
The whole grain rye farm grows 2 types of ryes, ‘gokwoo’ and ‘dooroo’ which are approved by the Korean Rural Development Administration.
We keep un-sterilized whole rye seeds in a cold place all year around, and process the seeds that are capable of budding, which results in creating more nutritious Korean local whole rye products
We use modern and hyic State-of–the–art facilities for rye processing.
Washing, Drying, Grinding, Roasting, Packaging are all carried out in the modern, state-of-the-art facilities.
The roasting equipment in particular utilizes far-infrared rays, which make the grains more evenly roasted, more savory than just regular roasting methods.

Make a great breakfast to your liking by mixing with water, milk or soymilk.
Mix 200ml of Water (Milk or Soymilk) with 40-50g (2TS) of the powder, and shake well before drinking.
Add 1TS of honey or sugar for better taste!
