Farmers form small group communities of one to three people to produce their own flagship products. In the farmer's kitchen, they produce honest food from the farmed products of Ganghwa, which are carefully selected and farmed according to the natural order. Wash, cut, dry, grind, fry, dip ... We prepare our dishes with the same care as our home mother cooks food in the kitchen. We keep the basics and principles and make food that we can eat with confidence, and make right food for consumers who are oriented to local food. Refuge Farm's effort First, raw materials are domestic only. We use only good ingredients that consumers can eat deliciously. Second, we try to improve the lives of farmers in Ganghwa-gun. It helps the local economy by continuously using agricultural products produced in Ganghwa area. Third, we started small practices to protect nature and the environment.
