CSENL Co., Ltd. is a start-up company established on September 27, 2017. We are focusing on LED lighting, which is developed by combining traditional crafts with traditional designs. Sisa Newstimes and Asian Economics TV wanted to introduce our company and we were on air on mid-March. We are passionate and rushing from the start with step by step. As a management philosophy, I believe that a positive mindset is important in doing business and leading employees. Sometimes, the process is smooth and well, but it also may hit the trouble. So I always keep pace with the thought that ' good thing and bad thing co-exist '. I approach problems with opened thinking rather than stereotyped one, and I believe various ways are shown when I think about it in various aspects, so I always work on my preparation. A successful venture company in Silicon Valley is called 'Unicorn Enterprises'. Our company has been expanding into overseas markets and applying Korean techniques to traditional crafts and patterns, which was limited to K-POP and K-drama. We will focus on the development of other Korean-style items and will plan to develop qualitative and quantitative growth. Therefore we aim to grow and develop as a 'Unicorn Enterprise' in Korea and to establish our position as the most Korean company.
