COMPANY
•MEETWAY is a new born startup company to commercialize intelligent sport goods and robots to help human sport activities.
•The first products are several tools useful in martial arts including boxing. Punch bags and balls with sensors, controllers and software have been developed to enhance punching performance and fun.
•In the future, MEET will develop various sport robots helping and coaching sport practice in various fields.
SMART PUNCH BALL
•Smart boxing tools have percussion sensors inside and send electrical signals to MPU(Micro Processor Unit) and calculate the points related with punching power, the values are transferred to Android mobile phones through Bluetooth.
•The controller has MPU and rechargeable lithium ion batteries. It is necessary to confirm the specification about capacity as there are several types providable by MEETWAY.
•These products are using mobile phones owned by users, and the lower price is realized. Also users may see accumulating records in their own devices.
•The user may select the time for one game among 1, 2, and 3 minutes and the game starts with the sounds counting 3, 2, 1 and start. Points from the punching and the cumulative point are shown on the mobile phones. When the game finishes, the phone sounds bell rings and changes to result screen.
•The result screen shows the punch number, maximum, minimum, mean and total cumulative points.
•Smart punch ball is an improved system having electric sensor and control units from modification of the conventional speed punch ball composed of ox leather ball and rubber bladder.
•It is necessary to blow in the ball with an air compressor to make elastic semi hard state. It is recommended not to use too high pressure as it may be punctured at high pressure.
•The punch ball has a helical electrical sensor wire wrapping around a rubber rope. The hook of the rubber rope should be hanged on the bottom ring of the frame. The other hook of the rubber rope should be hanged on the top of the frame. However, the hanging position may be varied according to user’s idea. Also the rope may be folded to adjust the height of the ball. And utilizing gate or door is another good installation method. (Please see the figures.)

Introduction
