  •  A Manufacturing Process of Traditional Cheonggukjang
1. Selecting ripen-soybeans and washing.
2. Boiling beans over low heat until it turns light brown without soaking process.
3. Mixing beans with rice straws to spread the ferment fungus evenly. Fermenting beans and rice straws in a warm room for 3~4 days and maintaining the accurate temperature.
4. Dividing beans and rice straw after being formed a sticky substance and cooling beans.
5. Boiling beans with prepared other ingredients and then adding vinegar.
6. Self-quality check and packing with goods.

Based on the belief that “the deep devotion of mother and mother-in-law” is reproduced, we combine traditional methods with local special methods to produce traditional tofu (fermented soybean paste, red pepper paste, soy sauce, and cheonggukjang) and fermented foods (vinegar and wild vegetable fermentation solution). Geumjeong Traditional Tofu Farming Company Co., Ltd. took root in Yeongam, Jeollanam-do, Jeollanam-do, in order to manufacture a deep-sealing sauce containing the sincerity of the mother and mother-in-law, who has long-standing traditions. We take pride and pride in making all our ingredients using traditional crops grown locally by local farmers.
