Features

• The thickness of all cutting boards of Sinhyun Gongye is 2.5cm to 3cm in principle. However, a breadboard or a plating board is a little thin.

• Camphor tree - The camphor tree that has excellent anti-bacterial properties is difficult to reproduce germs and produce aromatic substances on its own to prevent pests. High durability makes it suitable for a cutting board with many cutting works. We use only high-quality Australian Camphor trees!
• Cypress tree - The cypress tree contains the most phytoncide and has excellent antiseptic and antimicrobial effects. It is made of cypress trees by Korean woodwork craftsmen. As it is 100% no painting, no environmental hormones, you can use it with confidence.
• Walnut tree - Walnut has delicate and strong tissues. The color, texture, and pattern of the wood are distinct as it was.

Storage

• After cleaning, wipe with a dry cloth and stand in a well-ventilated shady place.
• If you dry it lying down, it may be bent or cracked.
• Due to the nature of the wood, exposure for a long time should be avoided because drying for a long time under the sun may cause bending or cracking. (Drying under the sun is recommended less than 10 minutes in summer and about 20 minutes in spring and autumn.)
