As part of the rural income increase, our Bukha Specialty Business Group was formed in 1990 to produce and sell traditional foods and specialty products by about 10 families in Yaksu-ri, Buk-myeon, Jangseong-gun.

Starting with persimmon and persimmon tea, which are specialty products of Jangseong, the restaurant maintains the traditional taste by diversifying its product composition to dried persimmons, jangachi, jangryu, salted fish, and traditional foods, and continues to develop traditional and regional specialties according to the changing diet of modern people.
 
In 2008, the company was re-launched as Bukha Specialty Business Group, a corporation, and began exporting Jangseong’s products to the world. In 2009, it established a local store in Buenapark, California, and led globalization through exports.
We will do our best to sell and promote local specialties through various methods such as production, manufacturing, distribution, and export. From now on, "Jangseong-gun’s Traditional Food, Specialized Products Company" will make more efforts to continue traditional food by producing products that meet various needs and expectations of consumers with the goal of serving the taste and sincerity that will not change in the times.

Therefore, we have adopted a naturalistic method that measures the quantity of each material and manufactures small amounts by hand. Therefore, it is different from other products that are prepared packaged by machines. Bukha is making safe food by strictly observing hygiene rules in a clean workplace. In addition, by receiving agricultural products obtained from our nature and manufacturing, we realize the value of coexistence and reducing the burden of environmental pollution with a package that considers nature. Bukha is a global company that makes traditional Korean food in a new style according to the values of modern people. Starting with the establishment of a local store in Buena Park, California, USA in 2009, the Bukha Specialty Business Group has been selling Bukha products all over the world, including Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia. We have also obtained FDA approval, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 certification to meet with the international standards not only for exporting but to provide food safety which had led to achieve 1 star in the ITQI (International Food and Beverage Fair). In addition, we are conducting aggressive marketing by adding novelties such as development of small packaging containers and introduction of characters to reflect the lifestyle of modern people who seek simplicity and novelty. 'Master Byeong-Jun' was differentiated from other products by applying youthful sense away from the static image that comes to mind when thinking of traditional masters. It is a representative brand in Bukha that contains the will of Master Byeong-Jun to create products that give customers trust by putting hisr name and face on his products.
