Chosanjung, Who We Are?
Founded in 1946 with the philosophy of making vinegar for people, Chosanjung has been operating as a vinegar company. Located in Yecheon, Gyeongbuk, where the water the water and air are clean and clear, vinegar is slowly fermented over 12,000 hours.
Underground pottery produces a good vinegar after minimum 1 year and maximum 10 years of ripening and aging. We obtained Korea's first food quality certification (Food Code No.378) as a grain vinegar product, and its quality is recognized by consumers at Hyunbdai Depatment Store, National Consumer Life Cooperatives (Hansalim, Duree) and CJ O Shopping.
As a result of natural moisture evaporation for a long time, healthy drinks such as rich and delicious apple vinegar over 75 brix, and 10 kinds of fermented vinegars and liquid teas are made.
