Product Overview
 
1. Reduce SO2 concentration by 90% by mixing and injecting LCLS and BC oil into the ship engine using pre-treated desulfurization catalyst injection devece.
 
2. The initial investment cost is 5% compared to the post-treatment, and the operating cost is lower than post-treatment
 
3. Significantly lower cargo loss compared to post-treated desulfurizing catalyst in comparison to EGCS, which reduces fuel efficiency
 
4. No reduction in fuel efficiency when using pre-treated desulfurizing catalyst in comparison to EGCS, which reduces fuel efficiency.
 
5. WHen using low sulfur oil 0.1% MGO and 0.1% ULSFO, fuel oil burden increases by 40%, but with pre-treatment desulfurization catalyst used, it rises by less than 5%, allowing you to take the lead in the market regulated by the IMO!

Introduction
Sulfur oxides (SOx) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) have been pointed out as pollution sources that cause air pollution. Especially included in industrial exhaust gases emitted from the combustion of fossil fuels containing sulfur components, sulfur oxides are fatal to humans, cause acid rain and make plants dry out, showing various environmental pollution. These desulfurization methods for removing sulfur oxides from such industrial exhaust gases have been continuously studied, and plants or fossil fuel-based power plants generally use flue-gas desulfurization (FGD), and container ships use EGCS(Exhaust Gas Cleaning System) which is a post-combustion treatment method In order to use the FGD method or EGCS, however, there are problems such as the need for the construction of separate desulfurization facilities, the need for a lot of cost and manpower for the operation of desulfurization facilities and complicated desulfurization process. Therefore, in order to reduce the emission of sulfur oxides related to the combustion of fossil fuels, it is required to develop a technology for a desulfurization composition and a desulfurization method which are simple and easy to apply and have excellent desulfurization effect, resulting in the development of this combustion pretreatment desulfurization catalyst.
