 1. Product Description:

 FINEO LVT luxury vinyl tiles are comprised of s superior strong & durable transparent vinyl wear x-layer with a high performance PUR topcoat which provides color clarity. Reality design film implements clear natural image and 100% virgin materials used middle balance x-layer makes phthalate & heavy metals-free environmentally safe green product. Thick glass interx-layer ensures dimension stability & flexibility and moisture-proof solid backing supports physical balance & durability. Non-slip embossing or rubber non- slip backing is optional. Its cut has angle beveled cut ends.

2.2 Environmental reference:

FINEO LVT complies or exceeds technical standards CDPH Standard for VOC emissions and indoor air quality, floorscore certified. FINEO LVT contributes to LEED V4 credits and Yousung C&F is certified ISO 14001 “Environmental management system (EMS)” and low carbon green product.

 FINEO LVT is 100% virgin material used safe product; No post-consumer recycled contents inside.

 FINEO LVT is about 30% Pre-consumer recycle rate during production and 100% recyclable product.

2.12 Chemical resistance: FINEO LVT is NOT resistant to prolonged exposure to high acids or alkalis.

3. DELIVERY AND STORAGE

Though safety packing is applied, LVT carton packing may be fragile and careful handling is recommended.

Rough handling and exceeding high height storage can damage the product and can cause the injury and breakage. Stack cartons not more than 70cm high. Do not grab the banding with bare hand. Hold entire box correctly with protective gloves.

Store the materials in dry area with proper security and protection.

Maintain site temperature to Min 65°F (18.5°C) ~ Max 85°F (29°C) for at least 48 hours.

Floor temperature should be maintained over 50°F (10°C) to below Max 80°F (27°C).

4. INSTALLATION

Subfloor condition must be checked and prepared to suitable condition for any floor covering. Subfloor must be absolutely level, dry, hard, smooth and structurally sound constructed. It must be free of cracks and other irregularities and must not be contaminated with paint, plaster, oil, grease or any other substance which could affect adhesion. Cracks must be filled with an appropriate material.  Subfloor must meet the condition of Dryness, Temperature, Hardness, and Level (flat & smooth).

 Yousung FINEO LVT may be installed on concrete cement and existing resilient floor, wood, ceramic, terrazzo, stone, metal and coated floor also if detailed conditions meet the Yousung FINEO installation instruction.

Various adhesive and secure adhesion methods may be considered according to subfloor conditions. Traditional acryl, rubber, epoxy, urethane, pressure sensitive adhesives can be considered or double-side adhesion tape and spray adhesive also can be applied for FINEO LVT installation. For details, please refer to FINEO LVT installation guide.

5. MAINTENANCE

Vacuum, sweep or dust mop to remove debris. Regular dry or damp mopping cleaning recommended. Additional floor finishes like cleaner, polishing wax, sealer or scrubbing cleaning maintenance can be applied when glossy surface restoration necessary. 6. LIMITED WARRANTY

Yousung C&F warrants that its FINEO LVT floor tile is of internationally merchantable quality and free from manufacturing defects for certain periods from the date of purchase. Limited warranty periods differs according to the mainly wear x-layer thickness and traffic conditions.

This warranty is valid with the condition of professional installation workmanship in accordance with Yousung FINEO installation and maintenance standards. Improper installation, maintenance, accidental damage and gloss loss during usage, defects caused from adhesive, moisture and strong chemicals are limited from warranty.
