Product Description
A dust collector is a device that collects and removes dust or harmful substances generated at a factory or a work site. In addition, the conventional dust collector takes 3 months to manufacture according to customized production, but our dust collector is a mass production method that can be delivered within a week by assembling production method by NCT processing. At present, except for the US and Germany, we have developed a downflow type dust collector for the third time.
Applications range is from bituminous coal, limestone, ASH, and wood pellets which are used in domestic power plants to paper, wheat flour, fiber, tobacco powder, Carbon Black, lasma fume and PVC paste resins. It is also evaluated as an optimal facility for environmental improvement in the workplace as well as chemical dust, steel, cement, food, nuclear power, and medicine.
Features
In the existing one-to-many pulse method, one-by-one pulse method is used to distribute exhausted air amount uniformly, and low-pressure pulse is possible, thereby improving filter life and dust collection efficiency. Traditionally, when replacing and maintaining the filter, it took a lot of time and money to climb up the upper platform to open the horizontal door and dismantle the blow tube, venturi and back cage. DustKing, however, dramatically reduces maintenance costs by opening the vertical door on the ground and replacing the filter.
As the filter efficiency is increased, the pressure loss is reduced to 1/3 of that of existing products, which increases the collection efficiency and reduces the power ratio of the fan motor. Pulse type air pressure is 2.5 kg / cm2 low pressure, and energy conservation and filter bag life is extended. (Existing product uses more than 5 kg / cm2)
