SUNG-IL TURBINE was established as an R&D center of SUNG-IL SIM in 1997. It was spun off in 2012 from mother company and from then, we are devoted to develop and localize the turbine components. We can manufacture components for Turbine Hot Path Parts such as Combustor parts, and Turbine parts. We perform casting under vacuum condition, so it enables us to remove harmful gases such as oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen. We have TBC Technology which can cool down the surface temprature of component up to 170℃. Thermal Barrier Coating prolongs life time of components by lessening the defect by the heat. Not only Manufacturing, we can also repair components. We have been repaired various types of gas turbine and enable to repair all types of gas turbine.
